Do clear vinyl enclosures need approval downtown or from my HOA?
They can. Visible exterior changes to properties in the City of Charleston’s historic districts can require Board of Architectural Review approval, and communities such as Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, and Daniel Island have their own design review. We can provide the product details, border colors, and dimensions for the application.
