Custom-made,
not off-the-shelf.
Every shade product we install is fabricated for its space — not pulled from a catalog. We measure on-site and install with the same crew. The result is a clean, finished look that mass-produced kits simply don't deliver.
Whether it's a tensioned triangular shade sail over a backyard pool, a pergola cover for a Charleston restaurant, or a hand-rolled clear vinyl enclosure that turns a porch into a four-season room — we build it to your space, not yours to a kit.
- Solution-dyed acrylic and marine-grade vinyl materials
- Custom border colors, zippers, and grommets
- Galvanized steel posts on shade-sail installs

A fun & dynamic way to add shade.
Tensioned canvas in dramatic geometric forms — twisted, overlapped, and angled to provide form and function in the same install. Perfect for residential pool decks, restaurant patios, school playgrounds, and commercial entrances where you want serious shade without the visual weight of a structure.
We use galvanized steel posts to secure the sails and prevent corrosion or splitting in coastal conditions. Sails can attach to dedicated posts, directly to your home, or to a combination — depending on the architecture and the shape we're going for. Custom sized to virtually any space.
- Galvanized steel post anchors (no rust)
- Triangular, square, or custom multi-point geometry
- Attach to posts, walls, or any combination
- Maintains views — open at the perimeter

Add more shade to
an existing pergola.
Our pergola covers are crafted to fit your existing pergola and provide shade and coverage. It is not a one-size-fits-all product — it is measured and custom-fitted to your needs.
- Fits to your existing pergola frame
- Available in a variety of color choices

Side-protection,
by hand or motor.
Roll-down shade panels that close in the open sides of a porch or pergola. The right answer for low-angle afternoon sun (where overhead shade doesn't help), prevailing winds, or simple privacy from a neighbor's view.
Operated by manual crank or full motorization, the curtains use mesh or solid fabric depending on whether you want diffused light or full shade. They roll up tight against the trim line when not in use, leaving the architecture unobstructed.
- Shade mesh fabric
- Manual crank or motorized
- Tracks or open-edge configurations
- Custom border colors and grommets

Restaurant favorite.
Homeowner essential.
Hand-rolled clear vinyl curtains that seamlessly close off a patio. They permit natural light while blocking cold wind, rain, and debris — protecting outdoor plants, pool cabanas, and (most often) restaurant outdoor dining sections that would otherwise close for the season.
We custom-fabricate every set in our shop with your custom sizing, a variety of border colors, and zipper fastening. They roll up by hand and store cleanly along the eave when not in use.
- Multiple vinyl border colors
- Zipper fastening system
- Hand roll-up; stores neatly under the eave
Built for the way
the coast actually
lives outside.
Carolina shoulder seasons are some of the best months to be outdoors — but a sudden cool front or summer thunderstorm can shut a porch down in minutes. Our shade and curtain systems are designed to roll out the season, restaurant-style, with the right product for the right opening.
- Restaurants — extend outdoor dining year-round
- Homeowners — protect plants, furniture, & pets
- Pool houses & cabanas — natural light, no wind
- Three-season rooms made truly four-season
